The Mirage family brings together three sources of inspiration dear to its designer, Pierre Gonalons: natural materials symbolized by the wooden log, the history of furniture evoked by the stretcher, and finally, the poetry emanating from these two pieces that play on illusion and lightness. The illusion of a cylindrical beam floating above the base meant to support it. The lightness of a tabletop profiled like an airplane wing. A creation that is both understated and spectacular; neither a work of art nor a utilitarian object, but a combination of the two. To be used, admired, and contemplated...
