Bronze

80% copper, 12% tin, and 8% zinc-nickel-lead are pressed into ingots. Once a week, these elements are melted at 1200° Celsius.

Unlike copper or tin, bronze does not occur naturally. It is actually an alloy of these two metals obtained at high temperatures. From antiquity to royal and imperial styles, bronze has always been used for decorative purposes, reaching its peak in the 18th century with the universal recognition of French craftsmanship.
